By using the Computer Science Platform , you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Computer Science Platform reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at its discretion without notice. Any new features that override the current Service are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in immediate termination of your Service account.

Account Terms:

Accounts registered by automated methods are not allowed and will be deleted immediately without notice.

You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other relevant information required to complete the registration process.

Your login information may only be used by one person.

Single login shared by multiple people is not allowed. You can create separate login information for as many people as you want.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Computer Science Platform cannot and will not be liable for any loss of information or security breaches resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are entirely responsible for all posted content and any and all activity that occurs under your account, even when certain content is posted by others who have accounts under your account..

You may not use the Service for any illegal activities.

You must not, in your use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)..

Terms of Payment, Upgrade, Downgrade and Return:

A valid credit card is required to pay accounts. But it is not required for the free plan.

Service billed in advance on a monthly basis for all paid plans and is non-refundable.

There will be no refunds, credits or upgrade/downgrade refunds. We will not make any exceptions, no matter how extreme the circumstances.

Computer Science Platform cannot and will not be liable for any loss of sales or offer of refunds that results from your failure to properly manage this limit..

All fees do not include any taxes, levies or fees imposed by tax authorities, and you will be responsible for paying all such taxes, levies or fees.

Computer Science Platform assumes no responsibility for loss of content due to upgrading or downgrading your plan.

You are not entitled to a refund of a cash amount you have paid as the cost of purchasing a product displayed on a seller’s Computer Science platform unless it does not fully and fully comply with the seller’s description or contains an error.

Balances that are more than 12 months old since they were deposited will be forfeited without prior notice to you..

You are not entitled to claim your winnings before they reach the $20 minimum.

The Computer Science platform has the right to request identification papers before transferring your profits to you.

Profits or generally available balance are transferred at the beginning of each Gregorian month, if the withdrawal process is completed within your account on the Computer Science platform before the beginning of the Gregorian month.

Cancellation and termination:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account is properly deactivated. An email requesting account cancellation is not considered a cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time from the settings page in the Computer Science platform.

All Your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service if cancellation is initiated. This information cannot be recovered once your account has been cancelled.

The cancellation will be effective immediately upon its initiation. You won’t be charged again from that point on.

Computer Science Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

Computer Science Platform reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Changes to service and prices:

Computer Science Platform reserves the right at any time with or without notice to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently.

Computer Science Platform reserves the right to change prices for any and all services after 30 days’ notice.

Computer Science Platform shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Temporary and permanent account ban :

User accounts are generally banned for violating a Terms of Use, or for inappropriate or illegal use of the Platform. It is not necessary for you to receive an email stating that your account has been banned and you may receive. In the event that a decision is made to ban your account permanently, you can request a withdrawal of the profits or the generally available balance, provided that it is transferred to you within 3 calendar months from the date of the account ban. The difference between the penal and final ban, that the first gives you the opportunity to quickly restore your account in hours or days, while repeat violations that led to the partial ban of your account will eventually lead to your account being permanently banned.

General Terms:

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS“.

You acknowledge and understand that Computer Science Platform uses third party vendors to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology necessary to operate the Service..

You should not modify the service or adapted or impenetrable or modify another Web site so that incorrectly indicate that it is linked to the service or any other Web service Computer Science Platform .

You agree not to reproduce , duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

We may remove content and accounts that contain content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is in violation of the Terms of Service, including but not limited to content that is unlawful , abusive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, overtly obscene, generally objectionable, or in violation of any party Intellectual property.

Will abuse verbal or physical, written or other (including threats of abuse or retaliation) for any employee or member of the platform computer science to the immediate termination of the account and possible criminal charges.

You may not upload , publish, host or transmit any viruses or any other code of a destructive or deceptive nature.

You must not upload , post, host or send unsolicited emails, SMS or “spam” messages“.

a Computer Science Platform will not be liable to you or to any third party for service interruptions or stop working , or problems of communication or lack of files or data stored on any server.

The Computer Science Platform does not guarantee that:

The service will fulfill your specific requirements.
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results that can be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
The quality of any products , services, information or other materials purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.
Any errors in the service will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that Computer Science Platform shall not be liable for any direct , indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or Other intangible losses (even if the Computer Science Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

(1) Use or inability to use the Service.

(2) The cost of purchasing substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained, messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the Service.

(3) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

(4) Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

(5) or any other service related matter.

The failure of Computer Science Platform to enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service define the entire agreement between you and Computer Science Platform and supersede any prior agreements between you and Computer Science Platform, including prior iterations of the Terms of Service.
